We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as our processing activities do not fall within the categories set out in Article 37 GDPR. Data protection requests may be addressed to the e-mail address indicated above.
2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Contact form
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address and message content. We do not collect phone numbers through the form. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to commercial inquiries. Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt.
2.2 Website browsing (technical cookies)
Our web server automatically logs IP addresses, browser types and pages visited, solely for security and technical operation purposes. This data is not used for marketing.
2.3 Contract-related data
When a contract is concluded, we process the data necessary for its performance (identification data, contact details, billing information) under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention period: 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship, plus 10 years for accounting documents under applicable tax legislation.
3. Who we share data with
Your data may be shared with:
- IT and hosting service providers who host our website infrastructure, under data processing agreements (DPA) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR
- Legal and accounting advisors to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Public authorities (tax authorities, courts, law enforcement) upon explicit legal request
We do not sell, rent or commercialise your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. International data transfers
The website includes links to social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram). Accessing these links may redirect you to servers located in the United States. Such transfers rely on adequate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission Decision, July 2023) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914). We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the respective platforms.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights, which you may exercise free of charge by writing to sales@oviso-robotics.com:

7. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures pursuant to Article 32 GDPR: HTTPS (TLS) communication, access to data restricted on a need-to-know basis, DPA contracts with all third-party providers. In the event of a security incident, we notify the ANSPDCP within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, in accordance with Articles 33-34 GDPR.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. The date of the latest version is indicated in the document header. The current version is always available at https://oviso-robotics.com/privacy-policy.

Nu am desemnat un Responsabil cu Protectia Datelor (DPO), deoarece activitatile noastre de prelucrare nu intra in categoriile prevazute la art. 37 GDPR. Solicitarile privind datele personale pot fi adresate la adresa de e-mail mentionata mai sus.
2. Ce date colectam si de ce
2.1 Formularul de contact
Cand utilizati formularul de contact de pe site, colectam: prenume si nume, adresa de e-mail si continutul mesajului dvs. Nu colectam numarul de telefon prin formular. Temeiul juridic este interesul legitim (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) de a raspunde solicitarilor comerciale. Datele sunt stocate maximum 12 luni de la data primirii.
2.2 Navigarea pe site (cookie-uri tehnice)
In mod automat, serverul nostru web inregistreaza adresa IP, tipul browserului si paginile accesate, exclusiv in scopul securitatii si functionarii tehnice a site-ului. Aceste date nu sunt folosite in scopuri de marketing.
2.3 Date privind contractele
In cazul incheierii unui contract, prelucram datele necesare executarii acestuia (date de identificare, date de contact, date de facturare) in temeiul art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Perioada de stocare: 5 ani de la incetarea relatiei contractuale, plus 10 ani pentru documentele contabile conform legislatiei fiscale.
3. Cui transmitem datele
Datele dvs. pot fi transmise catre:
- Furnizori de servicii IT si hosting care gazduiesc infrastructura site-ului, pe baza de contracte de procesare date (DPA) conform art. 28 GDPR
- Consultanti juridici si contabili in masura necesara respectarii obligatiilor legale
- Autoritati publice (ANAF, instante, organe de politie) la solicitare legala expresa
Nu vindem, nu inchiram si nu comercializam datele dvs. catre terte parti in scop publicitar.
4. Transferuri internationale de date
Site-ul integreaza linkuri catre retelele sociale (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram). Accesarea acestor linkuri va poate directiona catre servere din Statele Unite. Aceste transferuri se bazeaza pe mecanisme adecvate de protectie: Data Privacy Framework UE-SUA (Decizia Comisiei Europene din iulie 2023) si/sau Clauze Contractuale Standard (Decizia 2021/914). Va recomandam sa consultati politicile de confidentialitate ale respectivelor platforme.
5. Drepturile dvs.
Conform GDPR, aveti urmatoarele drepturi, pe care le puteti exercita gratuit scriind la sales@oviso-robotics.com:
- Dreptul de acces (art. 15) – obtinerea unei copii a datelor prelucrate
- Dreptul la rectificare (art. 16) – corectarea datelor inexacte
- Dreptul la stergere (art. 17) – stergerea datelor in conditiile legii
- Dreptul la restrictionarea prelucrarii (art. 18)
- Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor (art. 20)
- Dreptul la opozitie (art. 21) – in special fata de prelucrarea bazata pe interes legitim
- Dreptul de a nu fi supus deciziei automate (art. 22)
- Dreptul de a depune plangere la ANSPDCP (art. 77)
Vom raspunde solicitarilor in termen de 30 de zile calendaristice, cu posibilitate de prelungire la 60 de zile in cazuri complexe.

7. Securitatea datelor
Aplicam masuri tehnice si organizatorice adecvate conform art. 32 GDPR: comunicare HTTPS (TLS), acces restrictionat la date pe baza principiului need-to-know, contracte DPA cu toti furnizorii terti. In cazul unui incident de securitate, notificam ANSPDCP in termen de 72 ore si persoanele afectate fara intarziere nejustificata, conform art. 33-34 GDPR.
